1. The agreement
These terms govern the use of soge.dk and the Soge API (REST and MCP), operated by LynBro ApS, CVR 46321499, Rødovre ("we"). By creating an account, using an API key or purchasing a plan you accept these terms.
2. License and permitted use
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use data from the Soge API for your own or your company's internal use within your plan. Without our prior written agreement it is not permitted to:
- resell, redistribute or sub-license API access or data to third parties;
- build competing databases, lookup services or products based on our data;
- cache or store API responses for more than 48 hours (short-lived operational caching is fine);
- bulk-extract (scrape/copy) the registry or parts of it.
When displaying data to end users, attribute the source as "data via Soge.dk". For resale, white-label or embedding in your own customer-facing product we offer partner/Enterprise agreements — contact us.
3. API keys and fair use
API keys are personal and must not be shared. You are responsible for all activity under your keys. A key is technically bound to one device and one IP address at a time; your plan sets the number of keys and IPs. Circumventing quotas or rate limits (IP rotation, User-Agent spoofing, multiple free accounts) is prohibited. MCP calls are metered on a separate quota.
4. Advertising protection (CVR)
Company data originates from CVR. Data on advertising-protected (reklamebeskyttede) companies must not be used for unsolicited marketing (per the Danish CVR Act). This obligation travels with the data and also applies to your end users.
5. Data and liability
Data comes from public registries (Motorregistret/DMR, CVR/Virk and others) and is provided "as is" with no warranty of timeliness, completeness or fitness. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the data or for indirect losses. The service may change or be temporarily interrupted (maintenance, upstream changes).
6. Prices and payment
Prices are listed excluding VAT; 25% Danish VAT is added at checkout (Stripe). Annual billing is charged upfront for 12 months. Usage beyond your quota is billed at the rates shown on the pricing page. You may cancel anytime, effective at the end of the paid period. On failed payment the account downgrades to Free.
7. Breach and termination
On breach of these terms (especially sections 2–4) we may suspend or terminate access without notice and without refund. We may update these terms; material changes are announced via email or your account.
